International Relations: Sant'Anna School welcomes a delegation from the Department of Sucre (Colombia) to discuss future collaborations in the field of education and sustainable economy

The Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna meets a delegation from the Department of Sucre (Colombia) to discuss future collaborations in the field of education and sustainable economy. The representatives of the Colombian Department presented the innovative EPI (Estrategia de Productividad e Innovacion) programme. The project aims to boost Sucre's economy through renewable energy practices and eco-sustainable tourism, the modernisation of the agro-industrial apparatus, the consolidation of industry and a radical revolution in economic processes, with a focus on environmental issues, the circular economy and the wealth generated by the orange economy.

The delegation from the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna is composed of Andrea Mina, Pro-Rector for International Relations, Marco Frey, Pro-Rector for Third Mission, Cesare Stefanini, Dean of the Academic Class of Experimental Sciences, and Nicola Bellini, Professor of Management. The delegation from the Department of Sucre is composed of Héctor Olimpo Espinosa Oliver Governor of the Department of Sucre and President of the National Conference of Departments (FND), Ricardo Luis Fuenmayor Acosta, Coordinator of the International Cooperation Office, Marianella Peñaranda Villamizar, Development and Innovation Coordinator of the Department of Sucre, and María Raquel De La Ossa.
